Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times All standard orders are processed and dispatched within [1-3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that custom commissions, bespoke pieces, and items requiring specialized setting or engraving will require additional production time. The estimated timeline for these pieces will be communicated to you directly during the consultation and design process, or noted on the specific product page.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a variety of fully insured shipping options to ensure your pieces arrive safely.

Signature Requirements & Security Due to the high-value nature of our inventory, security is our top priority. All shipments are fully insured while in transit. For your protection, any order exceeding 1000 will require a direct adult signature upon delivery. We cannot reroute packages once they have been shipped, and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to the following countries: Worldwide

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Entropic Designs LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@entropicjewelry.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@entropicjewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.
