Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders placed after 12:00pm ET, or on weekends and public holidays, begin processing the next business day. Delays are notified by email before the estimated ship date.
Commissioned work is quoted, scheduled, and confirmed in writing prior to payment, including the expected completion window.
Multiple shipments
Orders containing both in-stock and made-to-order items may ship in more than one shipment so that available items are not held back. There is no additional shipping charge to you. Each shipment is tracked separately and you will receive tracking for each.
Domestic shipping, United States
Free standard shipping on orders over $500.
Orders under $500 ship at standard rates from $12.99, calculated at checkout based on the items in your order. Express shipping is available on in-stock items.
Standard delivery is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Express is 2-5 business days after dispatch.
In-house inventory ships from Royal Oak, Michigan. Supplier-sourced items ship directly from our supplier's facility. Delivery times vary by origin and destination.
International shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and declared value, and is shown in your local currency.
Delivery times vary by destination and by customs processing, and are typically 7–21 business days after dispatch.
Duties, import taxes, and customs fees
Everything is paid at checkout. There is nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Duties, import taxes, and customs fees are calculated for your country at checkout and collected with your order. They are then remitted to your customs authority on your behalf. No carrier will invoice you on delivery, and no parcel will be held pending payment.
The total shown at checkout is the full landed cost of your order. Nothing is added later.
International orders are fulfilled through Shopify Managed Markets, which acts as the seller of record for the purposes of import and tax compliance in your country. Your order, your returns, and your contact with us are otherwise unchanged.
Entropic Designs does not mark orders as gifts or declare values below the amount paid.
Refused and undeliverable international parcels
Because duties and taxes are paid at checkout, parcels are not held for unpaid charges.
Parcels refused at delivery, or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, are refunded less all shipping costs and any charges incurred in return transit.
Where an item is not returned to us, no refund is issued.
Orders over $1,000
Orders over $1,000 ship with adult signature required and insurance for the declared value. A person aged 18 or over must sign on delivery. These orders will not be left unattended.
Outer packaging does not identify the contents.
Damaged, lost, or stolen parcels
Inspect your order on arrival. Report any damage, defect, or discrepancy to hello@entropicjewelry.com immediately. Where outer packaging appears disturbed, photograph it before opening.
Non-delivery must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date in order for a carrier claim to be filed.
Delivery addresses
Orders ship to the address entered at checkout. Address changes can be made only prior to dispatch. Entropic Designs does not ship to freight forwarders and accepts no responsibility for parcels following delivery to a freight forwarder.
