The custom designs and bespoke pieces showcased on this site are the exclusive intellectual property of Entropic Designs LLC. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service, designs, or products without express written permission from us.

3. Product Representation and Accuracy We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, clarity, and details of our gemstones and jewelry. However, because computer monitors and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color or detail will be entirely accurate. Furthermore, due to the natural origin of the gemstones we use, slight variations in carat weight, dimensions, and color may occur.

4. Custom and Bespoke Orders Custom commissions and bespoke pieces are subject to a specialized design approval process. Once a custom design is approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, and the item is non-refundable. Any specific guarantees, timelines, and deposit requirements for custom pieces will be outlined in a separate bespoke agreement provided during your consultation.

Limitation of Liability In no case shall Entropic Designs LLC, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

6. Governing Law These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
